  • If you are in the United States and seek advance parole on the basis of:
    • Temporary Protected Status

-Eveyone who is a parolee is on "Temporary Protected Status". If you use AP to enter US, you are Parolee (Temporary Protected Status) because you do not have a legal non-immigration status nor permanent resident status.
