為在美父母申請綠卡是否需要I-131表格？

父母是以探親簽證類型進入美國，我將於下個月進行公民麵試並打算幫他們申請美國綠卡。想請問大家，我幫他們遞交申請綠卡的表格時需要遞交I-131表格嗎？

如果需要遞交，那麽表格中

1.Part 1: Information about you 中第3項class of admission 應該怎麽填？

2.part5:Complete only if applying for a reentry permit:Since becoming a permanent resident of the United States (or during the past five years, whichever is less) how much totoal time have you spent outside the United States?這欄該怎麽填？父母兩年前來過美國並待了6個月，也就是說在過去的5年裏麵有大於4年的時間是在國內，那麽我是否應該選擇：more than four years?
