請問reschedule 打指紋，需要什麽手續

我看notice上的指導說把original notice寄回去就可以，1：把original的reschedule的方框check上

2：寫一封信說明自己要reschedule，什麽時間段對自己合適（信裏還需要其他什麽內容嗎？要是有模板就好啦）

 

3寄回notice上的地址

我想知道除了這個還要什麽手續啊？
