教皮匠和8大俠，我老公的H1延期獲得批準，我的H4延期還在pending過程中，如果我們現在一同回國，我在國內獲得的新的H4簽證是否能讓我回來沒有問題。

另外一個問題是我們要在離境時上交最新的I-94,那我隻能上交那個已經過期的.

這樣係統裏是否會顯示我延期滯留.我是否需要把新的延期receipt也上交呢?

另外我們從國內回來在飛機上填寫新的隨機的I-94,是否需要入境時告訴海關官員我們原先已獲得延期批準的I-94號碼去取代那個飛機上拿到的隨機的I-94,這樣我們的延期才好像有意義啊.

-do not do naything special and just do as you do not have the pending H4. If your H4 extension is approved before you come back, your new I-94 at the port of entry using the H4 visa will override the H4 extension I-94. If the H4 extension is approved after you return, the H4 extension I-94 will override the entry I-94. No matter what, your h4 status and duration will not be affected because your H4 status (extension or entry with h4 visa) and duration are all based on your spouse's same H1 (approval notice) status and duration.
