１。　老爸這次７月份來的時候在國內有一份返聘的工作，當時填入DS-160了，還因為這份工作被check了一周。不交了個人簡曆，才算通過。老爸準備這次辦好綠卡後，回去辭職。我不知道在４８５上要不要天他現在的職業，

填了會不會又非移民的傾向而被拒？

能直接填退休嗎？

２。　黨員的問題我還沒有拿定主意到底寫不寫？我不記得以前的簽證表上會有相關的信息嗎？大家說到底填不填呀？又填了後遇到麻煩的例子嗎？

-He needs to tell the truth, and also write a statement that his Party membership has been terminated or will be terminated.

３。關於護照的拷貝件，要把舊護照也全部拷貝嗎？

-Just need the copy of the new passport unless he used the old passport for the last entry to US.
