我媽這樣老,也找不到什麽工作,和我住一起,所以她屬於無收入一類.申請社會福利要我填表每月給她多少錢,我寫$200.他們還要我提供當時的擔保書.

-Because she just got the green card and most likely she is not qualified for such the benefit. But it does not hurt her to apply for it. But you need to provide the 當時的擔保書 and let the agency to decide the application.
