我是中國大陸出生的。公司推薦我現在就和140一起file485。

-Then, you can not file the I-485 concurrently with the I-140 filing this time. Otherwise, your I-485 will be rejected and thus, waste your money for the physical exam fee. Your company does not know the immigration law.

Priority Date還有好幾年才會到。我怕到時候移民局會把我的485弄丟了，就沒有答應。我這樣是不是比較傻？
