我聽說隻有是由移民局因欺詐而取消的 I-140 申請，其排期才不能保留。

這麽說，從A公司跳槽到B公司後， A公司是不會輕易取消I-140 的？還是A公司可以隨便取消？謝謝!
-No immigration law requires that the sponsor/employer has to withdraw the approved I-140 after the employee leaves and it is absolutely up to the employer's own decision. They lose nothing if they do not withdraw the I-140. But if they want to withdaw it, they can do that easily.
