回複：I-94 麵試的時候被移民官收走了，能回國嗎？

請教各位大俠，我的I-94白卡在麵試時被移民官收走了，當時因為排期沒到，沒批綠卡。當時也忘了留一份複印件了。現在排期到了，一直沒有批，讓議員去問了都還沒有消息。

家裏有急事，我想回國一次，用H1B簽證回來。離開美國境內的時候沒有I-94會有問題嗎？我去簽了H1B再入境的時候會有問題嗎？

-Keep all evidences you travel such as air ticket, airplane boarding card, entry and out of China/US stamps in your passort. Just apply for the H1 visa as usual and if the VO ask something about I-94, just exxplain it. You will be fine.
