申請人正在填表申請H１，配偶目前是F１，PHD學生。這種情況下要不要給配偶申請成H
４？ 我朋友的H１批下來後就打算盡快申請綠卡，要怎麽樣才能把配偶材料一起遞上去
，F１還是H４更容易？H４可以上學用嗎？多謝了先！

- Compared with F-1, H-4 is better in considering of GC application.  However, a person must stay in F-1 status if he receives sort of financial aid which requires him working on campus.
