Now I am preparing the EB1a package, besides recommendation letters and personal statement, what else do I need for the application package?


-Similar to your NIW I-140 filing such as publications, awards, etc. any evidences to prove you are extrordinary.


 


how should I submit the package? Could you please provide mail address and webpage for E-submission?


 -See this website for e-filing. if you efile, then send the support materials to the address on your efiling verfication receipt (print it out after you efile).

No matter what happens to EB1a application, it should not affect the approved NIW I-140. Am I correct?
