The report shows how many pending adjustment of status (green card) applications in each preference classification have priority dates in a given month and year.
因此可以確認, Report裏的數據是按照PD顯示的.

2. 七月份PD多的原因是NIW. 很多NIW是趕在七月份同時交的I-140/I485. 到後來I-140批準了,就有了七月份的PD(I-485的PD,就是批準的I-140的RD).
