請教J1正在延期，J2的EAD可否同時申請延期，還是必須要等到J1延期後才能提交申請？


-If your J2 status is still valid, you can apply for the EAD. But if your J2 extension is pending, you may just wait for the extension finishes (J1/J2 extension is very simple and can be done within a couple of days. Check it with your school).
