140批了,h1b明年9月到6年，現在可以跳槽麽還是必須要等h1b延期？
-If you do not file I-485 yet, you had better extend your H1 beyond the 6 year limit before you change your job. Also, after you change your job, your I-140 will be invalid and your current employer may withdraw it, and thus, you can not use it to extend your H1 beyond 6 years. You have to apply for the GC all over again. Of course, if you have pending I-485 > 180 days, you have no problem to change your job.
