Thanks for the help. I just have one more clarification question. What if I do work for the same employer after I come back, but after a while, say a year, I need to change job. Can I still apply for H1-B transfer or I need to apply for a new H1-B because I used AP, or even worse, I can't apply for another H1-B at all?
