 我已是公民。 我想為我姐姐一家申請綠卡。 如何操作好一些？

-File I-130 and then, wait for Ntional Visa Center to send you instructions and just follow the instruction to do what they ask you to do.

先申請父母的綠卡， 五年後父母成公民， 再讓他們為我姐一家申請， 還是現在直接由我為我姐申請好一些？

如果我現在就為我姐申請， 是不是他們在拿到綠卡之前不能入境？
