Do they (green card holder) need I-94 form? Thanks!

My parents have green cards. They are coming back to US after they visit China for less than 6 months.

Do they need fill out the I-94 form before they return to US?

They can't speak English and, I have to fill out the forms for them. What kind of forms do they need except Customs Declaration?
