也查到了我的prevailing wage. 有人發帖“律師說在等 prevailing wage determination from the State。”我的問題是， 在file 9089時， 一點要STATE 的嗎？ 填寫Oes查到的數據可以嗎？謝謝大家

-Actually your employer/lawyer can get the prevailing wage determination online in one minute and fill it in the LCA application form. If you use mail/paper application for prevailing wage determination, it may take one to two month, so only inexperienced people use paper applicaiton for prevailing wage determination.
