863211 老師: did you notice that there is a gap between my previous and current H1B visa (from July 1, 2009 to July 20, 2009)? Although I was in China during that period of time, the expert in our international office thinks that I used AP before approval of current H1B visa. That is the reason why she thought "I must leave the U.S. and then return to the U.S. within 180 days after July 29, 2010."

Do you agree with her? Thank you very much for your help.
