因為公司merge, 要做I140 Amendment
原來PERM/I140的title 是XXX Analyst, 現在已經promote 成manager of xx. 現在amendment用的title 是 manager of xx (including XXX Analyst). job description估計是沒有怎麽變
不知道這樣的I140 Amendment會不會有問題？
-If you have not file I-485 yet, it may hurt your previous I-140 because PERM based I-140 is job specific including job title. If your I-485 pending is more than 180 days, your will be OK as long as you work in the same field (job title does not matter in this case). You may need to do the GC application all over again if you are promoted. So talk to your lawyer.
