回複：急問各位老師 h1轉h4批準前,有沒有可能接受新的offer再轉回h1

一氣離開公司，h1, 10月15號到期。上周已經e-file 529 轉身份成h4，但是還沒有寄supporting材料yet。現在麵試幾個公司，有一個挺positive，但是１５號拿到offer 還是有點懸.

問題：
是不是過了10月15號就算拿到別的公司的offer，也沒有辦法上班？必須等h4批準以後才可以申請下一個h1?

-If you can not file the H1 transfer before your current H1 I-94 expies, you may just send the H4 support materials to USCIS and wait for the job in US. If you get the job offer, just file H1 petition.

 

 出境簽h4，是不是隻可以在中國簽，加拿大和墨西哥都不可以?

還有如果出境回來簽，是不是必須在15號前出境？交給uscis的那份申請怎莫算？如果交的申請無效，１５號到出境之間算不算非法?
