AP mailing address

I have read PJiang's blog, but I still have question on the mailing address. please kindly advise if you know the answer.

I have EB based I485 pending since 2007.I485 receipt # starts with LIN. I live in California.

Should I mail the AP application to

    USCIS
    P.O. Box 21281
    Phoenix, AZ. 85036

    OR

    USCIS
    Attn: AOS
    1820 E. Skyharbor Circle S, Suite 100
    Phoenix, AZ 85034
