Current EB2 I-140 approved is based on job category Mechanical Engineer. If I get a new job Software Engineer and re-apply EB2 I-140 based on the new job software engineer, may I have the approved I-140 (Mechanical Engineer) PD? I didn't file I-485 (not current).
