請教一個Perm ETA 9089表的問題

J18 "Does the alien have the experience as required for the requested job opportunity indicated in H6" , 律師給填的答案是No

然後J20 "Does the alien have the experience in an alternate occupation specified in question H10", 律師給填的答案是Yes

H6 是說這個工作要求本科+5年經驗 with the job title as "senior system analyst"
H10 是說 "alternate occupation acceptable".

律師解釋為什麽J18要回答NO, 是因為那個我沒有job title "senior system analyst" 下的5年經驗,

所以她在H10裏填了一係列的其他job title, 這樣就可以說我有5年在這些job title的經驗了, 因此J18答案是No, J20答案是yes.

請問這樣合理麽？ 大家的表都是這樣填寫的麽?
