Obviously, it is a mistake. You do not need to file I-129B. Just go to the local office to see what happened and at the same time call USCIS. If you visit USCIS local office, bring the I-485 receipt and the green card and anything to prove your wife status after the H4 expired. Nothing needed to worry about.
