6月收到USCIS關於父母的I-130收到的收據，有誰知道下一步大概要交什麽材料？他們的出生公證，戶籍公證什麽的要我從美國遞上去嗎？

-Yes. You should have provided teh copies of 他們的出生公證，戶籍公證 and marriage certificate 公證 together with your I-130 filing. I think USCIS will send you RFE for these 公證 soon, so you had better ask them to send you these documents.After your I-130 is approved, you just wait for the National Visa Center (NVC) to contact you and send you the instructions. You just follow the NVC instructions to do what they ask you to do.

 

是的話，我好讓他們早點把公證書寄過來，到時好早點遞上去。
