請問法居士，現擬opt轉f2,明年4月可否f2再轉h1?

cap已到，隻好走opt至f2一途， 請問明年4月可以重新用公司名義申請h1嗎？如果材料充分， 難度大不？

1. the completed Form I-539,
2. photocopy of the F-1’s Form I-20
3. Form I-94 of the F-1, and applicant
4. proof of family relationship to the F-1 
5. photocopies of visa page, passport number and passport validity
6. financial documentation, and check or money order for $195.00 payable to USCIS.

這些是不是opt-f2所需的材料？如果f1在北卡，我在Philadelphia,我應該寄到哪個service center?
