Received a RFE letter from USCIS, says the name in my application is one more letter than the name in my identity document (my passport I guess).
Actually the name in passport uses Pin Yin, while I added one more letter in to make it sounds better. So names in my degrees and trans have one more letter than the name in my passport.
What should I reply to the RFE? Just say I made a wrong spelling in the application? But what if they ask why your degrees show that name?
- Just tell them what you thought and why you did that
Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
- From now on, stick with your real name on all legal papers.
Thanks
