Technically it is fine for you have two H1 transfers at the same time, but it is not good at all for you to do that. If you do not want to work for an employer, you should not ask the employer to file the h1 petition for you because it is very costed and time wasting and also will affect the employer to find somebody to replace you in time for the job. So, I suggest that you may just ask one employer to file the h1 transfer for you and use premium processing to get it approved within 15 days.
