我的申請已經遞交5個月了，麵試已過，律師說我可以申請回美紙，就是說我可以回中國用回美紙回來，怎麽你和他說得矛盾呢？請指教。
-The problem is that you have been unlawfully present in US for more than one year, and thus you are under 10-year bar. Therefore, if you leave US before you get the green card, you will not be allowed to enter US at least for ten years. The AP (回美紙) does not work in your case and only green card can save you. Your lawyer obviously ignored this issue. If you listen to him/her in this issue, you will be big trouble. You can tell him/her my comments and see how he/she reacts.
