回複：父母綠卡問題，卡還沒收到

父母8月27號麵試，當時被告知申請已經批準，三個星期內會收到綠卡。

之後一個星期內兩人同時收到I-797，媽媽第二個星期收到綠卡，但父親的至今還沒收到。

給uscis打電話，機器答複是30天內收到。但現在30天已到了。
-It is very normal. Sometimes may need two months to get the card.

請問大家這種情況常見嗎？應該怎麽辦？

麻煩的是父親已經訂了10月回國的機票，還有醫藥也快用完了。
-Bring the I-485 approval notice and the passport to the USCIS local office to put the green card stamp on his passport and tehn, he can use the the green card stamp to travel (the stamp has the same functions as the physical green card). Talk to the officer that he needs to visit China urgently and the officer will put the stamp for him.


uscis電話說有人工代表服務，但怎麽也找不到那個選項。
