If you got your green card after you go married (marriage occurred before getting GC), you do not need to file I-130, but your wife and child just file I-485 if they are in US. Or you just file I-824, then they can apply for the immigration visa outside US after the I-824 approval if they are not in US. Tus, they will get the green card quickly.

-You can provide the I-864 later if you do not provide it with the I-130 together.

-If you use family based category (file I-130) for your wife and child GC applications, you need to provide I-864 sooner or later.

-Fine as long as you do not want to take advantage of that error.



4.因頻繁出入境-陸地美加往返,隻出示綠卡,將來填naturalization form需不需要證明停留時間,如何證明呢?幾十次也有了.
-You have to make a record by yourself and report it on N-400 when you apply for US citizenship.
