Masters: When I was filing i-485, did not file i-765 with it; right now USCIS is asking for medical examinations, can I file i-765 with the medical exam report?
-No.

or I have to file separately with additional fee?
-Yes, but do not need to pay the fee if you provide the I-485 receipt with the I-765 filing.
