我的EB1A申請,在9月15日I--140和I-485一起遞交的,本人在這是短期的H1B訪問,10月10日前就要回國,之後H1B身份也將被中止. 這種情況下,我的綠卡申請受不受影響???
-If USCIS send I-485 RFE for the employment status and you are not in US physically, your I-485 will be denied. You also need to do the fingerprinting some time later. However, your I-140 will not be affected by your leaving.


1.沒收到485的的收據和打指紋的通知,可以WORK-IN去打指紋嘛?
-No.

我需要怎麽做?
-Wait for the notice.

2.打指紋的地址,在那可以查到?能給個鏈接?
-USCIS will send you teh notice which indicates where you should do the fingerprinting.



3.EBA1同時遞交的I-140和I-485, 但485收據還沒有收到,也沒有AP,這種情況離境,有什麽方法可以回來嘛?
-Apply for H1 visa.

可以境外申請AP嘛?
-No.
