My company sponsored me for EB3 green card when I came into the Company about 4 years ago. I got a promotion 2 years ago. Now I'm in a different team. I'm thinking to ask my company to change my application from EB3 to EB2.
Is it possible?
-Yes, if the new position requires Master degree. But your company needs to file a new PERM and new EB2 I-140 and then, you can use the EB3 priority date for the EB2 I-140.
