-The VO probably will cancel the B2 visa if your F1 visa is issued. If the B2 visa is not cancelled, the B2 visa is still valid and you can use it to enter US. However, when you enter US with B2 visa, your status will be B2, not F1.

Q2：如果F-1被拒，仍然可以用B2來美，對嗎？

-Yes.

 B2不會被取消吧？

-No unless you get the F1 visa and the VO may cancel the B2 visa.
