1.I received my green card. But I did not receive the approval notice.

We have attached a copy of the approval notice for your convenience.

2. After I receive the green card, can i leave the company right away? or do i have to work for this company for another  month? a No, you should continue to have the intent to work for your sponsor now that you have received your green card.
3.Any impact on my future citizenship application if I do not work for the company for 6 months after receiving the green card? Yes, staying with your current employer at least 3-6 months is necessary.
