我是H4身份在美，1-94表是2012年到期，如果這次我跟母親回去再返回的話需要重新申請簽證嗎

-Yes, you need to get the H4 visa to come back and get the new I-94 when you enter US.

還是用原來的1-94表就能入境了，

-You need to provide this I-94 to the airlines when you leave US.
