老師，父母是07年的排期，請問你說的是什麽immigration visa?

我們現在不是公民，是父母的姐妹申請的130.
-You did not indicate this clearly in above post. Whose 姐妹, your father's or mother's? The I-130 filing only affects the beneficial' B2 application (your father or mother), not affect both your father and mother)

所以排期現在才到02年。如果現在取消130,還可以起簽非移民簽證嗎？
-Not use. But Your father or mother (who is not the direct beneficial) can apply for the B2 visa to go to US without a problem.
