各位專家，老師，我最近剛拿到綠卡，我妻子現在在加拿大，請問替我妻子申請綠卡的步驟是怎樣的？我是否先要先替她申請 immigrant visa petition，等得到批準後她再在加拿大申請 immigrant visa，

因為她拿有加拿大護照，可做為visitor直接進入美國，請問她可以先呆在美國，然後再申請簽證嗎？
