I am trying to apply green card for my sister and her hu*****and and son. What documents do I have to for I-130?
-Just file I-130 based on the I-130 Instructions. then, wait for NVC to contact you and give you instructions and you just need to follow the NVC instruction to do what they request you to do. All of these will occur in a few years later. So, just be patient.


I was just wondering whether I have to her hu*****and and son's birth certificate and marriage license right now?
-Not need these at this time.

Or I just list her hu*****and and son in the I-130 form and their birth certificates and marriage license later?
-Yes.
