Master 皮匠, 8老師, 諸位高人, File Separation Form是什麽東西?

各位高人, 有人知道什麽是File Separation Form嗎?


 


情況是這樣的: 我和我太太的PD是3/2006. 我的I485於9/9號被批準了, 可是我太太的case至今沒有任何動靜. 我們做了以下push:


 



  • 兩次SR: 9/3; 9/10.  第一次SR: 我9/7收到回複, 9/9 case approved. 我太太的case從來沒有得到過任何回複

  • InfoPass: 9/15. InfoPass Officer 告訴我們: 兩個case同時在9/7被assign給同一個Officer

  • 聯係了Congressman. Congressman很客氣,他們花了一周的時間得到了USCIS典型的官方回複: “This case is currently under review with an examiner at this time and the individual should receive a decision or other Notice of Action regarding the case of the petition within 45-60 days”.

  • 聯係了Senators: 基本上沒什麽作用.


 


問題是: 此officer/examiner行為極其詭密. 自從9/9號approve了我的case以後就銷聲匿跡, 對所有的inquiry置若罔聞. 不回複SR, 也不對case 做LUD, 好象徹底消失了.


 


今天我太太又做了SR, 直接要求了2nd level office. 2nd level office好象跟我們一樣詫異, 說他唯一可以做的就是發一個File Separation Form.


 


這個File Separation Form是什麽東西, 有什麽作用嗎?  有什麽辦法可以直接催促此assigned Officer/Examiner開始處理我太太的Case嗎?
