入境身份與485遞交，急死人！！！

我在等老公過來一起遞交485。 他現在持B2簽證仍有效。上次皮老師建議他簽H4過來。現在的問題是：他因遲到誤了簽證。飛機票已經訂好了，再重新預約簽證肯定是來不及了。想問一下：他如果用B2過來，是否沒資格申請485？謝謝救急！
