EAD renew很痛苦，我們公司答應了可以辦H1B. 我的綠卡申請是隨LD的，現在visa status應該是AOS， 還可以申請H1B麽？
-Yes, but your h1 will be approved without I-94 and thus, you have to go outside US to get the h1 visa to activate it. Because your sttaus is not H1, and if you go outside US without using AP, your I-485 will be affected.
