Me and my hu*****and both submitted green card application through different categary (EB3 and EB2), and we both have H1B visa, both got 140 approved. Now, my H1B visa will be expired begining of next year. My questions are:
1. should I renew my H1B visa or apply for EAD card?
-Either way is OK, but I would like to do the H1 extension if the employer continue to sponsor. Of course, if you have to pay the H1 fee, you may just use EAD if your PD will be current soon.
2. If I use EAD card, will that effect GC approval process if finally I have to give up my application through EB3, and go with my hu*****and's application(EB2)?
