我的H1B簽證明年8月底就到期了，這已經是第二次延期了，我自己沒有申請綠卡，本想跟著先生辦綠卡，誰知現在的排期前進的很慢，先生的pd是2007年11月的，估計到明年8月之前也排不到，我也不能再申請H1B簽證延期，也辦不了EAD卡，
請問我該如何保持身份繼續工作呢？
-You can not work if you do not extend your H1 and have no EAD. You have to change your status to h4 (if your spouse' status is H1) or other non-immigration status e.g. F1, etc. if you have not filed I-485 yet.
