Change employer after 7th H1B year?

I am at my 7th H1B.  EB3 with I140 approved.  My current company is undergoing financial distress and will likely go bankrupt.  Will I be able to change employer (can the extended 3 year H1b after 6 years be transferred)?  Help appreciated.
