H1 before Oct /05

I am current a postdoc under OPT, the university has applied H1 for me, which was approved to be valid from early next year. Just got an industry job offer, does anyone have any idea how to apply new H1 for working before October 2005? since the quato of 2004-2005 has been used up.

Or can I submit I140/485 simutaneously and apply EAD with 485 to be able to work before 10/2005?
