question on LC

My company filed my labor certification three years ago, now it almost can be reviewed after three years painful waiting.HOwever, my company laid off American workers up to 10 times during these three years. I wonder how big chance my labore certification can ve approved? It is a nightmare to survive and wait in these three years under the layoff pressure every day. Thank in advance for any information.
