f the last updated date of I-765 has changed, then someone is looking at my application? Since the involvement of my finger print, I am not sure if the triggering of the change of the date is from my I-765 application or my I-485 application （finger print）

I searched the site and saw people talked a lot of infopass and local office expidition. Could any one elaberate these for me? What is infopass? how to get to the info pass? how to make appointment with USCIS local office?
-If your EAD pending is > 3 months, you can go to USCIS local office to push them and thus, your EAD will be approved within a few days. Otherwise, do nothing before the EAD pending > 3 months.
